Your privacy is important to A To Z Functional Healing ("A To Z” or “We"). We developed this Privacy Policy to provide you (clients or visitors) with information on how we process your personal data* when you use our services and other offerings (e.g., group sessions, seminars, webinars, newsletters, surveys, publications, and marketing materials), or this website or applications ("apps") (our website and apps may be jointly referred to as our "Site"). We adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles.

Personal Data that is Processed When you Communicate with A To Z
When you interact with A To Z via email, telephone, online, or in person, we collect personal data, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. We also may create event logs that are useful in diagnosing website or app performance-related issues and capture information relating to a support or service issue. To improve the client experience, subject to applicable laws, we may also record and review conversations and analyze any feedback provided to us through voluntary surveys.
Purposes and Legal Grounds
We use this information to provide exceptional client support and patient service and to monitor the quality and types of services we provide to our clients. The legal basis for processing this information for these purposes is A To Z’s legitimate interest in providing quality client support and service.
Personal data is processed when you create an A To Z client account or purchase/register or seek access to an A To Z program, service, or other offering through the A To Z website or applications. When you conduct any of these activities, we will request you to provide your email address, mailing address, and name. Additionally, when you use a credit card to pay your membership dues or to make purchases from our website or apps, we collect and process your credit card data. We use Electronic Payment Vendors to process electronic commercial payments as described more fully in the Third-Party Recipients of Personal Data section of this Policy.
A To Z processes your email address or personal data when you use your email address or personal ID and password for the purpose of enabling you to log in to the A To Z website or various A To Z apps. Additionally, some A To Z apps require a third-party vendor to process your established personal login and password that you use to access the app. The legal basis for processing your email address, personal A To Z ID or other established login credentials for this purpose is A To Z’s legitimate interest in protecting the security of your A To Z account.
A To Z also processes your name, contact information and website login credentials, including your email address when you choose to join an A To Z group session. A To Z’s legitimate interest is providing clients with the opportunity to participate in communications within such group sessions and to receive session summaries and real-time feeds.
A To Z also processes your name and contact data for the purpose of listing your name, contact data information in the A To Z client registry. The legal basis for processing your name and contact data for this purpose is A To Z’s legitimate interest in enabling clients to communicate with us and other session participants.
A To Z also processes your email address and mailing address for the purpose of sending you information about other A To Z programs, services, apps or account such as material changes to this Privacy Policy. The name you provide is associated with your account profile. The legal basis for processing your email address, mailing address, and name for these purposes is A To Z’s legitimate interest in providing you information about your A To Z programs or services as well as information about our Site, your account, or material changes to this Privacy Policy.
A To Z and Electronic Payment Vendors store and process your credit card information to pay for professional client services and for any other service or product you may purchase. The type of purchase will dictate which Electronic Payment Vendor is used. The legal basis for storing and processing your credit card information is that such processing is necessary in order to effect payment for the performance of a contract between A To Z and its clients.
A To Z may also process your email address and other contact data so that A To Z may send you electronic marketing communications including promotional electronic mail concerning A To Z’s client services, group sessions, products, publications, and surveys. Additionally, with respect to electronic mail generated from A To Z, you can adjust your preferences under “Settings” to stop receiving such electronic mail. If you reside within the United States and do not want to receive electronic marketing communications, you will be provided with the opportunity to opt out from receiving electronic marketing communications from A To Z and A To Z group members through the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of our marketing emails. The electronic marketing communications you receive from A To Z are based on your location, expressed areas of interest, and other demographic indicators. The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is A To Z’s legitimate interest in providing its clients with electronic marketing communications that are likely to be of interest to them rather than sending every electronic marketing communication to every client.
A To Z may develop a single sign-on application (sign-on app) for its clients. Through the use of a sign-on app, A To Z will share your ID and password, user name, and email address with Third-Party Recipients for the purpose of enabling you to log in and access online content and future course offerings. The legal basis for processing this information for this purpose is A To Z’s legitimate interest in providing you access to online content and in a secure manner.
A To Z also processes your email address for the purpose of providing you with client support, processing your payments for services, registrations for group or other sessions, and access to A To Z apps and website. The legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest in providing quality client support and services, processing fees for professional services, fulfilling orders, and enabling you to access our online content and services.
THIRD-PARTY RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Electronic Payment Vendors
We use Electronic Payment Vendors to process credit card data when you pay for professional services, your membership dues, purchase written materials, or register for group sessions, or future educational programs through our website or apps.
Third Party App, Platform or Other Service Providers
We share the personal data of clients with third party app, platform, and other service providers, such as database managers/developers, publishers, and web developers/hosting companies, that assist us with certain processing activities, such as storing/backing up data, enhancing/maintaining databases, publishing content, and developing/offering a variety of products/services. If you use any of our apps, your personal data, including name, contact information and any stored biographical/firm information within A To Z’s database, will be stored and processed through our third-party app vendors. We also use third party providers to distribute organizational emails and deliver online future educational course materials. Access to the online educational course materials is made possible through the use of a single sign-on app associated with the A To Z website and a third-party platform. Finally, we use a third-party provider to assist with the processing of surveys.
Offerings From Other Companies
Our Site may also contain offerings from other companies that you can link to through our Site. When you click on such a link on our Site, you will be redirected to the website of the other company, and its privacy practices will govern your use of that website and your interactions with that company.
Governmental Entities and Third Parties

App Analytics
We also collect data from data subjects about their usage of the A To Z website or other apps we may develop at any time. The legal basis for processing this personal data is our legitimate interest in understanding how our clients and Site visitors interact with our apps and Site so we can enhance the user experience and functionality of our apps and Site.
MINORS’ PRIVACY
Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that individuals under eighteen (18) to not provide personal data to A To Z. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

A To Z retains the personal data for all A To Z clients, past clients, and prospective clients, who reside in the United States, for only as long as needed for A To Z’s business purposes and to meet A To Z’s legal obligations.
